Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

At House of AAS, each piece is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a luxury handcrafted brand, we do not accept returns on products once sold.

However, we do allow exchanges in the following cases only:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective products
  • Size-related exchanges, provided the product is unused and in its original condition

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process an exchange request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the product at the time of opening the package.

  • The video should capture the package from all sides before opening.
  • The complete unboxing process must be shown without interruption.
  • This helps us verify the defect or issue accurately.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.

Exchange Conditions

  1. Exchanges are only allowed for defective/damaged products or size issues.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  3. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. Exchange will be issued only in the form of store credit. Store credit will be processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality check.

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our customer care team, we will provide you with the details to initiate the exchange.

Important Notes

  • No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
  • Products purchased on Final Sale or customized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the product/size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
