·         Upload files containing intellectual property of others unless you have necessary rights or permissions.

·         Breach any laws of India or relevant international laws.

Products

House of AAS does not guarantee the exactness of appearance, finishing, colour, or quality of the products, except as may be specifically stated. Customised products are made at the buyer’s risk and are non-returnable, except in cases of damage attributable to us.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order. Goods once sold will not be taken back except as per our Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy.

Payments

Payments on House of AAS can be made through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash Cards, Net Banking, and Online Transfers.

·         We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners and JCB cards.

·         Net Banking through selected banks is also available.

·         All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateway partners.

Payment Terms

To confirm your order, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance can be paid at delivery through:

·         Cash on Delivery (COD)

·         Card on Delivery (where available)

·         Online transfer (UPI / Net Banking / Payment Link)

Full COD is not available. A 50% advance is mandatory.

House of AAS handles and stores all personal information in accordance with applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Delivery & Shipping

National

·         Orders are dispatched within 15–20 days as each piece is handcrafted with care.

·         Once shipped, delivery within India takes 3–10 business days depending on the region.

·         📦 Free Shipping across India.

·         All products are fully insured until delivery.

Order status can be tracked on our website. Full refunds (including shipping) will be processed if the order is cancelled within the allowed time, lost, or undelivered.

International

·         Orders are dispatched within 15–20 days.

·         Delivery timelines: 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

·         International shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery location.

·         Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs duties, taxes, and local charges are payable by the customer.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchange

Cancellations

·         Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by email or phone.

·         Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed within 15 business days.

Returns

·         Return eligibility is specified on each product page. “Final Sale” items are non-returnable.

·         Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

·         Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

·         Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

·         Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and content of the website, belong to House of AAS, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
