Flexible Payments

To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance payment via our secure online gateway.

The remaining 50% balance can be paid at the time of delivery through:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Card on Delivery (where available)
  • Online transfer (UPI / Net Banking / Payment Link)

Please note: Full COD orders are not accepted. A 50% advance is mandatory to confirm your order.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express, along with Net Banking options.

All transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateway partners. We recommend using a card in your own name for smooth processing.

Shipping Within India

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Dispatch Timeline: As each piece is crafted with care, we take 15–20 days to dispatch orders. Once shipped, deliveries within India typically take 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Fully Insured: Every parcel is securely packed and fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping

  • We deliver worldwide.
  • Orders are dispatched within 15–20 days. Once shipped, international deliveries typically take 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges will be added at checkout and depend on the delivery location.
  • Duties & Taxes: Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means product prices displayed are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes. These must be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • If your order is cancelled within the time mentioned in our Cancellation Policy, or if it is lost or undelivered, the full amount including shipping (if applicable) will be refunded.
  • Shipping charges do not apply for domestic orders.
